I have two boys whom I love more than anything. I love helping people; that is why I chose the medical field. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. It's always nice when I can squeeze in exercise and/or a good book.
Patricia has recently lost over 40 pounds by eating right and working out with Jeff our personal trainer!

I am from Connecticut and fell in love with Virginia while attending James Madison University. I graduated in 2011 with a degree in Kinesiology. I really enjoy working with others and helping them learn about fitness which is why I adore teaching the Silver Sneakers program at Atlantic Sports & Rehab!! Away from work I love following the New york Yankees and Giants, and spending tons of time with my amazing family and friends.

I graduated from Va Tech with a B.S. in Finance. I have 3 wonderful children and I enjoy watching them play tennis! I also love to play tennis myself and read books on the beach whenever I get a chance. I have always loved to exercise and push myself and others, so I have really liked adding the boot camp class to our class schedule. It is very rewarding to see people progress in their fitness level.
