Mark
Tulenko MPT, OCS, CSCS
Mark
is the Owner and Director of Rehabilitation at Atlantic Sports and
Rehabilitation Services. He started the practice in 1996. He is a Board
Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist as well as a Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist. He has worked closely with area Orthopaedic
surgeons to develop post injury and post surgical treatment protocols for
physical therapy intervention. He has special interest in treating patients
with knee problems and back pain. In his off time, he enjoys tennis, fly fishing, travel, hiking and spending time with his wife and three children.
Albert
Lazo, MPT, Clinical Manager
Albert has extensive experience with
diagnoses pertaining to the spine, shoulders, hips and knees. He specializes
in McKenzie protocols. He has several years of working experience with
Industrial Rehab, specifically dealing with Return toWork

Debbie
Oickle, PT, MHSc, OSC, MTC
Debbie
is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. She received her BS
in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
in 1992. She received her Master of Health Science from University of St.
Augustine in 2003 with Specialization in Manual Therapy. She has taken
many continuing education credits in all aspects of outpatient care and has
achieved specialty certification in Manual Therapy. In addition, she also
has special expertise in industrial medicine and industrial injury
assessments. She is also certified as a Blankenship Functional Capacity
Evaluator. Debbie is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, mountain
biking and skiing. She also has instructed dance and figure skating.
Amy McCallumore, MPT, OMPT
Amy worked in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for five years, completed a two year manual therapy residency program, and has a solid knowledge of comprehensive patient care procedures and has excellent direct patient care skills.

We, at Atlantic Sports & Rehab, offer comprehensive Industrial Rehabilitation Services with a return-to-work orientation and an emphasis on optimal function. Tailored Work Conditioning- Our work conditioning program provide the functional training needed to prepare the client for productivity in the work space.
Functional Capacity Evaluations- our Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) assess the specific activities of interest to the physician and the employer. Each evaluation includes an assessment, discrepancy report of inconsistencies or inappropriate behaviors, recommendations and summary conclusions.
